   Mc Pubs, Inc. is a minority (woman) owned small business engaged in civilian enterprise (military) publishing and educational projects, specifically related to mathematics teaching. The company’s web page is MILCOMPUBS.COM.  The Company publishes the MONMOUTH MESSAGE,  a weekly newspaper serving the armed services personnel and federal employees at the U.S. Army Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) at Fort Monmouth in Eatontown, New Jersey.  Mc Pubs also publishes The EARLE MISSILE, serving the U.S. Navy personnel and federal employees of the Naval Weapons Station (NWS), Colts Neck, New Jersey and the families and  personnel serving aboard three fast combat supply ships,  the USS ARCTIC, USS DETROIT and USS SEATTLE, which are homeported at Leonardo, New Jersey – the waterfront area of the Naval  weapons Station.

USS DETROIT, fast combat supply ship, one of three homeported at NWS, Earle, and right, the Abrams tank, probably the most sophisticated high-tech battlefield vehicle in the world., is supported by various entities at Fort Monmouth.
